An established food and beverage manufacturing business is recruiting an HR Director in Lagos through Robert Walters. The role leads the organisation’s people strategy in an FMCG environment.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Psychology, Management or a related discipline.
- Five to eight years of HR Director experience in FMCG or food and beverage manufacturing.
- Experience working in an international or multinational environment and partnering with executive leaders.
- Strong organisational development, talent, employee-relations, change-management and employment-law knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and commercial judgement; CIPM, CIPD, SHRM or HRCI certification is an advantage.
