Research and Residency Associate at Lily Hospitals Limited – Warri

Lily Hospitals Limited is recruiting a Research and Residency Associate in Warri, Delta State. The role will coordinate clinical research and medical residency administration.

Key responsibilities

• Organise clinical research study files, records, trackers, meetings and project milestones.
• Support research ethics and governance submissions, data management, literature searches and research summaries.
• Assist with audits, grant materials, reports, manuscripts and communication with clinical collaborators.
• Coordinate resident orientation, clinical rotations, teaching sessions, journal clubs and assessments.
• Maintain accurate records for resident attendance, learning, research participation and programme outcomes.
• Connect residents, consultants, researchers and administrative teams and monitor outstanding actions.
• Protect confidential medical and personnel data and improve programme documentation and workflows.

Qualifications and requirements

• Degree in health sciences, biomedical sciences, public health, healthcare administration or a related field.
• Substantial relevant experience in clinical research, residency or medical education programmes, or complex healthcare administration.
• Ability to coordinate projects across clinicians and other stakeholders while meeting deadlines.
• High-quality documentation, data-handling, research writing and communication skills.
• Sound judgement in handling confidential information and proficiency in office tools; familiarity with research or electronic health-record systems.
