A hospitality business in Ozubulu, Anambra State is recruiting a Restaurant Manager through Domeo Resources International to oversee service, staffing, costs and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant opening, closing, kitchen, bar and front-of-house service.
• Recruit, roster, train and supervise staff and monitor service quality and conduct.
• Welcome guests, resolve complaints and support repeat business.
• Monitor sales, billing, labour expenses, food and beverage costs and profitability.
• Enforce food safety, hygiene, cleaning, temperature controls and stock rotation.
• Supervise inventory, stock counts, supplier deliveries and purchasing procedures.
• Plan commercial promotions, events and sales development activity.
• Report daily operations, employee performance, expenses and service improvements.

Requirements

• Strong restaurant operations, customer-service, people-management and cost-control capabilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant hygiene, procurement, stock control and sales administration.
