Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea and other drinks using approved recipes.
• Welcome guests, take orders and respond to enquiries courteously.
• Keep beverage equipment clean, handle ingredients safely and monitor supplies.
• Follow hygiene, allergen, inventory, billing and guest-service procedures.
• Coordinate with other hospitality staff and maintain an organised station.

Requirements

• SSCE or equivalent; hospitality training is an advantage.
• Previous café or beverage-service experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of beverage preparation, customer service and hygiene.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
