Salaried Model Advisor at ICS Outsourcing Limited – Port Harcourt / Yenagoa
ICS Outsourcing Limited is recruiting two full-time Salaried Model Advisors in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and Yenagoa, Bayelsa State. The role focuses on prospecting, sales conversion and client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Identify prospects and convert qualified leads into paying customers.
- Maintain client relationships to support repeat business.
- Work towards monthly and quarterly sales objectives.
- Record and report sales activity accurately.
- Represent the business professionally during customer engagement.
Requirements
- ND, HND or bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of sales experience; experience in insurance, banking, property, telecoms or FMCG is preferred.
- Strong communication, persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated results against sales targets and ability to work under pressure.
Remuneration and benefits
Monthly salary of ₦100,000–₦150,000, plus commissions and performance incentives. Training, professional development, recognition and progression opportunities are also offered.
