A logistics company is recruiting a Sales & Marketing Officer in Shangisha, Magodo, Lagos through Swift Consulting Limited. The full-time role focuses on lead generation, customer relationships and promotion of logistics services.
Responsibilities
- Find new prospects through networks, referrals, direct outreach, social media and other channels.
- Promote delivery, haulage and related services and develop proposals, presentations and quotations.
- Build productive relationships with existing and prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
- Research competitors, market trends and customer priorities to guide marketing activity.
- Implement sales and marketing initiatives and work towards assigned targets.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, leads and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with operations to improve client experience and report results to management.
Requirements
- Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related discipline.
- Two to four years of relevant sales, marketing or business-development experience; logistics or transport experience is preferred.
- Strong prospecting, negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and deliver against targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing, social media, Microsoft Office and sales or CRM software.
