Sales Manager at Brands and Trade Limited – Ajah–Sangotedo, Lagos

Brands and Trade Limited is recruiting a full-time Sales Manager for the Ajah–Sangotedo axis of Lagos. The role leads FMCG sales teams, strengthens key accounts and drives growth across hotels, restaurants and catering (HORECA), supermarkets and modern trade channels.

Job Summary

• We are recruiting a Sales Manager for a fast-growing FMCG business to drive sales growth across the HORECA, Supermarket/Modern Trade and Key Account channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales and revenue growth across HORECA, Supermarkets and Key Accounts.
• Acquire and manage strategic customers.
• Lead and develop the sales team.
• Achieve agreed sales, volume, distribution and profitability targets.
• Monitor market execution, customer relationships and collections.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ FMCG sales experience, with strong exposure to HORECA, Supermarkets/Modern Trade and Key Accounts.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a Sales Management/Supervisory role.
• Must be able to drive a manual vehicle.
• Must possess a valid driver’s licence.
• Must reside around Ajah – Sangotedo axis or have easy access to the area.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, customer relationship and target-achievement skills.
• Proven ability to manage sales teams and deliver revenue growth.

Salary

N200,000 – N300,000 monthly.
