About the role

Security Officer / Guard job opportunity is available at Doluq Security for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.

Responsibilities

• To ensure that a satisfactory security presence is maintained on site at all times as required by the Client Representative(s)
• To adhere to their duties and policies and procedures of the site at all times and report any breach of these immediately to the Duty Security Manager or the Regional Manager
• Deliver and encourage outstanding customer service delivery
• To respond to all incidents, taking ownership of the situation through to its natural conclusion to both client and management satisfaction
• Maintain a good level of morale and discipline within the team
• Set high personal standards for others to follow.
• Ensure all reporting standards are maintained at the highest level
• Ensure all incidents and issues are formally investigated and recorded

Experience and qualifications

• Interested candidates should possess an SSCE / GCE / NECO qualification with 1-2 years work experience.
