Senior Business Development Executive (Female Only) at Bridgewaters Investment – Lagos

Bridgewaters Investment is recruiting a Senior Business Development Executive in Lagos to drive client acquisition, investment portfolio growth and revenue across institutional, corporate and retail markets.

Eligibility: Female applicants only.

Performance measures: Retail and high-net-worth individual (HNI) assets under management, client retention rate and investment portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development strategies to expand revenue and market reach.
• Originate opportunities among institutional, corporate and retail clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with investors, clients, partners and other stakeholders.
• Drive client acquisition, retention and investment portfolio growth.
• Promote the company’s investment and asset management products and services.
• Analyse market developments and competitors to identify business opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams on tailored investment and financial solutions.
• Represent the company at meetings, industry events and networking engagements.
• Prepare management reports, business forecasts and performance updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least three years’ relevant experience in business development, marketing, relationship management or financial-services sales.
• Previous employment at an asset management firm is required.
• Sound knowledge of investment products, asset management and financial markets.
• Professional qualifications such as CIS, ACA, CFA or an MBA are an advantage.
• Demonstrated success in meeting business development and revenue targets.
• A strong industry network and effective client relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, market research and commercial analysis skills.
• A strategic, results-oriented approach to growing and retaining investment clients.
