Head of Business Development at Smart Partners Consulting Limited – Lagos
Smart Partners Consulting Limited seeks a full-time Head of Business Development in Lagos to lead client acquisition, strategic partnerships and assets-under-management growth.
Business development leadership
- Design and implement commercial strategies for revenue growth, market expansion and new investment clients.
- Acquire high-net-worth, institutional and corporate investors and build long-term client relationships.
- Increase assets under management through client proposals, presentations and negotiation.
- Work with investment and portfolio teams on tailored solutions and identify market opportunities.
- Lead partnerships, industry representation, competitor intelligence and business development reporting.
- Set targets, manage performance and develop business development staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics or a related discipline.
- Seven to ten years’ business development, relationship management or sales experience in financial services or asset management, including at least three years in leadership.
- Proven high-value client acquisition and revenue growth, strong knowledge of investment products and financial markets.
- Excellent negotiation, commercial planning, communication and leadership skills; a master’s degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
