Foteino Talento is recruiting a Senior Engagement & Operating Model Lead in Lagos for consulting delivery and operating model design engagements.

Engagement scope

Experienced independent consultants are sought for potential project-based engagements supporting complex consulting work across Nigeria and selected African markets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead consulting engagements, coordinating workstreams, schedules, dependencies, quality assurance and client handover.
• Facilitate executive discussions and explain evidence-based findings, recommendations and design trade-offs.
• Take independent responsibility for operating model diagnostics and design workstreams, translating business strategy into capabilities, working arrangements and effective interfaces.
• Bring specialist contributions together while maintaining clear accountability, professional standards and agreed scope.

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex consulting engagements and owning operating model diagnostics or defined design workstreams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder-management and executive communication skills.
• The ability to defend recommendations, respond constructively to professional challenge and work with specialists.
• Sound judgement, confidentiality and quality-assurance practices.
