Marketing & Communications Officer at Foteino Talento – Lagos

Foteino Talento is recruiting a full-time Marketing & Communications Officer in Lagos to coordinate campaigns, digital content, brand communications and marketing performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing strategies and promotional campaigns aligned with business goals, maintaining consistent brand messaging across channels.
• Manage digital platforms, social media, email marketing and monthly content calendars, and create posts, videos, newsletters and promotional material.
• Plan and improve paid campaigns to generate leads and conversions.
• Coordinate public relations, partnerships, influencer collaborations and events, and research market and competitor activity.
• Report monthly on engagement, lead generation and return on investment, and work with internal teams on client acquisition, retention and growth.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of marketing, branding and corporate communications, with experience in digital marketing, social media, SEO/SEM and Google and Meta advertising.
• Content creation skills, including Canva or similar tools, and familiarity with marketing analytics.
• Excellent communication and storytelling, analytical ability, organisation and project management.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and measuring campaign return on investment.
