Social Media Lead at TeKnowledge – Victoria Island

TeKnowledge is recruiting a Social Media Lead in Victoria Island, Lagos, to plan and manage its global social media presence, support demand generation and develop executive thought leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global social media strategy aligned with brand positioning and commercial priorities.
• Manage editorial calendars, content creation and consistent messaging across platforms and markets.
• Develop copy for blogs, presentations, case studies and sales campaigns.
• Support up to four executives with social media plans, including the CEO’s LinkedIn presence.
• Plan and publish executive blogs, targeting four per executive annually.
• Track engagement, audience growth, website traffic and demand impact, producing quarterly insights.
• Coordinate creative, sales, marketing and executive teams to improve content quality and maintain message governance.

Requirements

• Five to nine years’ relevant professional experience.
• Bachelor’s degree; a master’s degree is not required.
• Ability to deliver data-led social media campaigns, brand messaging and senior-executive content.
• Strong content strategy, writing, measurement, stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
