An undisclosed beauty and personal-care business in Lekki is recruiting a part-time Social Media Manager through Peridot Forte Solutions Consulting. The position focuses on a salon’s content, engagement and online enquiries.
Responsibilities
- Plan and publish content for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook, including photographs, short videos, reels and promotional graphics.
- Capture hairstyles, salon services, client transformations and routine activities for use in campaigns.
- Develop content calendars, captions and ideas based on beauty trends, services and promotions.
- Respond professionally to comments, direct messages and prospective customer questions.
- Monitor audience engagement and use performance insights to improve the salon’s online presence.
Requirements
- A first degree in a relevant field and one to two years’ experience.
- Previous social media management or content-production experience and familiarity with major social platforms.
- Ability to create compelling visuals and captions, using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Strong creativity, communication, attention to detail and independent working skills.
- Beauty or salon experience is an advantage; applicants must live within reasonable commuting distance of Lekki.
