Student Marketeer – Pan Atlantic University at Red Bull – Lagos

Red Bull is recruiting a Student Marketeer at Pan Atlantic University in Lagos. This part-time campus-facing role involves representing Red Bull, building student engagement, supporting product sampling and strengthening the brand’s local availability and visibility.

Brand and campus engagement

• Represent Red Bull’s brand personality and values in everyday interactions with students and consumers.
• Develop and carry out a creative campus plan tailored to Pan Atlantic University.
• Build relationships with students, campus communities and local contacts.
• Identify relevant student content creators and work with the field marketing specialist on engagement opportunities.
• Introduce consumers to products through appropriately timed sampling, and answer questions.
• Support campus events, activations and brand experiences, encouraging participation.
• Create authentic social media content to strengthen brand engagement.

Sales support and execution

• Build relationships with local sales account managers and support product availability and visibility around campus.
• Help identify and establish additional retail distribution points.
• Use available brand assets appropriately and maintain defined in-store standards.
• Plan activities, document results accurately and submit reports through the designated platform.
• Work closely with the team and share local insights, trends and business opportunities.

Eligibility and requirements

• At least 18 years old and currently enrolled at Pan Atlantic University.
• Not in the first or final year of study.
• Holder of a valid Nigerian driving licence.
• Fluency in English; other language skills are an advantage.
• Availability for flexible part-time work, including some evenings and weekends.
• Strong involvement in campus life and knowledge of student networks, relevant venues and university activities.
• Relationships with a wide range of student and university stakeholders.
• Interest in project management, behind-the-scenes event delivery and sales.
• Team spirit and willingness to wear branded outfits and take part in Red Bull Mini activities.
