A growing fintech company is recruiting a Social Media Manager in Victoria Island, Lagos, through Elite Talent Placements. The hybrid arrangement includes two days in the office each week.

Role Overview

• We are looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the social media strategy and online presence of a growing fintech company.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
• Create engaging and educational content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Grow audience, engagement and brand visibility.
• Track social media performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Develop campaigns around products, industry insights and business updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams and creative partners.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3–6 years’ experience in social media, digital marketing, content or brand management.
• Strong copywriting and content development skills.
• Experience managing company social media accounts.
• Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Fintech, financial services, payments or B2B experience is an advantage.
