Customer Sales Executive at Vitafoam Nigeria Plc – Benin, Edo

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is recruiting a full-time Customer Sales Executive in Benin, Edo State, to grow sales, manage customer relationships, respond to enquiries and coordinate orders.

About the Role

• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Sales Executive to drive sales, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the achievement of company revenue targets.
• The successful candidate will identify sales opportunities, understand customer needs, and provide suitable products or services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product or service information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into sales.
• Prepare quotations, process orders, and maintain accurate customer records.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide feedback to management.
• Work closely with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor Degree.
• Minimum of 4 years experience in sales
• Must have know how to drive and have a valid license
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Customer-focused and target-driven.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
