Specialist – Independent Assurance & Technical Quality Review at Independent Project Monitoring Company Limited (IPMC) – Lagos

Independent Project Monitoring Company Limited is recruiting a Specialist in Independent Assurance and Technical Quality Review in Lagos. The role independently reviews advisory methods, evidence, data integrity and reporting quality.

Role Objective

• Provide independent quality assessment of advisory methodologies, evidence, data integrity, technical findings and reports across IPMC’s engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently review assessment methodologies and supporting documentation.
• Evaluate the quality, completeness and consistency of technical and analytical outputs.
• Test material findings against available evidence and established criteria.
• Identify unsupported conclusions, methodological weaknesses and reporting deficiencies.
• Track corrective actions and independently confirm their satisfactory resolution.
• Support the integrity and credibility ot IPMC•s analytical and assurance outputs.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Engineering, Risk Management, Environmental Management or another relevant discipline, with preferably 8\* years of experience in audit, assurance, technical review, risk or quality management.
• Relevant professional qualifications and demonstrated experience reviewing multidisciplinary advisory assignments are desirable.
• The position must remain organisationally independent of the assignments being reviewed.
