Lead – Data Intelligence & Digital Advisory Systems at Independent Project Monitoring Company Limited (IPMC) – Lagos

IPMC is recruiting a Data Intelligence & Digital Advisory Systems Lead in Lagos to develop evidence-based databases, analytics dashboards, reporting systems and secure digital workflows.

Role Objective

• Lead the development of digital data systems, performance intelligence tools and analytical platforms supporting IPMC’S advisory, assessment, reporting and assurance services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and manage structured databases for corporate, operational, sustainability and project-related information.
• Develop digital data collection, validation and management workflows.
• Build business intelligence dashboards, performance monitoring systems and automated reporting tools.
• Establish data integrity, evidence traceability, information security and access controls.
• Collaborate with analysts and technical specialists to translate assessment methodologies into digital products.
• Support the integration of financial, operational, regulatory and sustainability datasets.
• Identify opportunities for automation, system scalability and improved analytics.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Engineering, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years in database development, data engineering, analytics systems or business intelligence.
• Strong proficiency in SQL database design, data Visualisation and relevant programming or reporting tools.
• Experience in enterprise information systems, financial data platforms or ESG analytics is desirable.
• Reporting Line: Chief Technology Officer, with project responsibilities assigned by the relevant Programme Lead.
