Store Manager via FMR Agency – Idado Estate, Igbo Efon, Lekki

An undisclosed skincare and beauty retailer is recruiting a Store Manager in Idado Estate, Igbo Efon, Lekki, Lagos, through FMR Agency. The full-time, on-site position works Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct store opening, presentation, customer service and daily retail operations.
• Keep reliable inventory records, track stock movements and coordinate timely replenishment.
• Assist walk-in customers with product selection and handle queries professionally.
• Process orders correctly and coordinate deliveries with logistics partners.
• Maintain sales, orders and operational records, and provide periodic performance reports.
• Monitor relevant skincare products and customer trends while reporting discrepancies and feedback.

Qualifications and Skills

• OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Two to four years’ experience in retail operations, store management or inventory control.
• Customer service skills, precise record-keeping and proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Capacity to work independently and manage competing tasks; beauty or skincare experience is an advantage.
