Supermarket Manager at Domeo Resources International – Jabi, Abuja, Federal Capital Territory
Domeo Resources International is recruiting a full-time Supermarket Manager in Jabi, Abuja. Reporting to the Operations Manager or General Manager, the position oversees sales, stock, staff and customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Direct day-to-day supermarket operations, maintaining safety, order and service standards.
- Supervise cashiers, shop-floor personnel and inventory staff, providing coaching and targets.
- Monitor stock, organise supplier orders and maintain timely replenishment.
- Resolve customer issues and ensure consistent service quality.
- Review sales performance, prepare reports and coordinate in-store promotions.
- Maintain financial controls, cash-handling procedures, stock accuracy and orderly displays.
Qualifications and experience
- OND, HND or B.Sc in a relevant field.
- Two to five years of supermarket management experience; busy retail operations experience is advantageous.
- Knowledge of POS and retail systems, inventory controls, supplier management and basic budgeting.
- Team leadership, communication, customer-service and problem-solving abilities.
