Sales Associate at Maybrands Nigeria Limited – Multiple Locations
Maybrands Nigeria Limited is recruiting Sales Associates for its fashion and luxury accessories retail locations in Abuja, Warri, Effurun, Port Harcourt, Uyo, Kano, Lekki and Ikeja. The position focuses on customer service, product advice, sales and store presentation.
Responsibilities
- Explain product features, new collections, offers and available discounts to customers.
- Provide professional advice, recommend suitable merchandise and assist shoppers with purchases.
- Respond to enquiries and complaints promptly, helping to resolve customer concerns.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish displays and keep presentation cabinets clean and attractive.
- Maintain merchandise displays in accordance with brand visual standards.
- Process customer payments, issue accurate receipts and account for assigned shop-floor stock.
Requirements
- First degree or an equivalent qualification.
- One to two years of work experience after NYSC.
- Strong spoken and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teamwork, professional presentation, flexibility and willingness to learn.
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and other relevant computer tools.
Salary
₦150,000 per month.
