Talent Manager at Excel and Grace Consulting – Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt, Rivers
Excel and Grace Consulting is recruiting a full-time Talent Manager in Rumuigbo, Port Harcourt, Rivers State. The role develops and manages recruitment, staff development and talent-retention programmes that support business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design recruitment and talent-management strategies and manage the full selection process.
- Identify, attract, develop and retain professionals and consultants.
- Coordinate staff performance appraisals, training and professional development programmes.
- Identify capability gaps and prepare succession and career-development plans.
- Drive employee engagement, motivation, retention and a high-performance culture.
- Work with leadership on workforce planning, staff deployment and productivity reviews.
- Prepare periodic HR reports and ensure compliance with internal policies and labour regulations.
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology or related discipline.
- At least five years of relevant HR or talent-management experience.
- Consulting or professional-services experience is highly desirable.
- CIPM, SHRM, CIPD or similar professional certification is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, confidentiality, coaching, analytical and stakeholder-management skills.
- Knowledge of employment legislation, Microsoft Office and HR management systems.
Salary
₦400,000 per month.
