Position Title: Technical Support Officer.
Job Station: Lagos State.
INTRODUCTION:-
Technical Support Officer job opportunity is available at Pajuno Development Company Limited for individuals who possess relevant qualifications.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Assist in proper monitoring and maintenance of clients devices
- Assist in efficient after-sales support for all clients
- Assist in installing and configuring clients devices, diagnosing software and hardware faults and proffer solutions
- Consistent documenting and logging of clients problems and enquiries as relayed by the Customer Care staff
- Assist in ensuring effective help desk support, rapid response to queries and all clients issues
- Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance for Clients
- Implementation of standard processes and procedures
- Training of clients on logging and resolving issues
- Repairing equipment and replacing parts.
DESIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:-
- B.Sc / HND in Electrical / Electronics, Computer Science / Communication, Info-Tech
- 1 – 3 years as a System Support Officer
- Analytical
- Internet and Tech savvy
- Customer Focused
- A Team Player.
