Zoom Exclusive Dental Care is recruiting a Telesales Executive in Lagos to respond to patient enquiries, secure appointments and build lasting patient relationships.
Job Summary
Zoom Exclusive Dental Care is seeking a confident, persuasive and results-driven Telesales Executive to join its team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging prospective and existing patients, responding to enquiries, promoting the clinic’s dental services, converting leads into confirmed appointments and driving new-patient acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing patients.
- Respond promptly to enquiries received via telephone, WhatsApp and social media platforms.
- Promote the clinics dental services, treatment options and available packages.
- Convert enquiries and prospective leads into confirmed appointments and actual patient visits.
- Follow up with prospective patients, including those who have not completed their bookings or attended scheduled appointments.
- Maintain positive relationships with patients through professional and courteous communication.
- Coordinate appointment bookings with the relevant clinic branches.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leads, appointments and conversions on the Company’s PRM system.
- Prepare daily and monthly activity reports.
- Achieve assigned monthly patient acquisition and conversion targets.
- Excellent verbal communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service and relationship-management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple enquiries, follow up on leads and work with minimal supervision.
- Target-driven, proactive, organised and results-oriented.
