Wealth Manager at Trustline Capital Limited – Lekki, Lagos
Trustline Capital Limited is recruiting a full-time Wealth Manager in Lekki, Lagos. The role grows assets under management (AUM) by acquiring, managing and retaining high-net-worth, ultra-high-net-worth and institutional clients.
Key responsibilities
- Grow assets under management through client acquisition, retention and cross-selling.
- Identify attractive client segments, products and market opportunities, including corporate and diaspora investors.
- Originate significant investment transactions and structured opportunities.
- Oversee client onboarding, portfolio advice and ongoing relationship management.
- Work with investment teams on fixed-income, property-backed and other structured wealth products.
- Promote the company’s investment solutions to appropriate clients.
- Maintain sound governance, risk controls and ethical standards, including KYC, AML and suitability procedures.
- Track business performance through AUM growth, revenue, client retention, acquisition and portfolio-size measures.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Marketing or a related field.
- At least eight years of wealth management, asset management or private banking experience.
- A strong record of managing substantial investment portfolios and high-net-worth clients.
- Established networks among affluent clients and institutional investors.
- Commercial relationship-management ability and understanding of investment products.
Compensation and benefits
Net monthly salary in the region of ₦2 million, with a performance bonus linked to AUM and revenue, a 13th-month salary, health maintenance organisation coverage and pension benefits.
