Welder at New Hope Liuhe – Logbara, Ogun State
New Hope Liuhe is recruiting a full-time Welder in Logbara, along Abeokuta Expressway, Ogun State, to fabricate and maintain metal structures and industrial equipment.
Responsibilities
- Weld, fabricate, assemble and repair structures, piping, machinery and other metal components.
- Use appropriate arc, MIG/MAG, TIG and gas welding methods as required.
- Interpret fabrication instructions, technical drawings, measurements and welding symbols.
- Cut, shape, grind and prepare materials and inspect finished welds for quality.
- Maintain tools and welding equipment and choose suitable materials and methods.
- Observe PPE, hot-work and fire-prevention procedures and keep the workshop safe and orderly.
- Report defects, equipment faults, shortages and job progress and keep repair records where required.
