Head of Sales and Business Development via FMR Agency – Ilupeju, Lagos
A growing fashion and retail business is recruiting a full-time Head of Sales and Business Development in Ilupeju, Lagos, through Future Moves Recruitment Agency (FMR). The role leads revenue strategy, team performance, new-market development and distribution growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market reach.
- Identify and develop new markets, distribution channels and commercial partnerships.
- Build, lead and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Set sales targets, KPIs and performance measures and monitor delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts and revenue growth plans.
- Manage major client and partner relationships and lead significant deal negotiations.
- Work with marketing and operations teams to improve commercial execution.
- Develop scalable sales processes and expand the business into new territories and retail channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- An MBA or advanced business qualification is an advantage.
- At least five years of sales leadership experience and a strong record of meeting revenue targets.
- Proven ability to recruit, develop and manage strong sales teams.
- Experience in fashion, retail, FMCG or consumer goods is preferred.
