AI Lead Generation Specialist at an Undisclosed Company (via Work Dey HR Services) – Abuja, Federal Capital Territory

An undisclosed travel and tours company is recruiting an AI Lead Generation Specialist in Abuja through Work Dey HR Services. The position focuses on building reliable AI-assisted prospecting and marketing-automation workflows.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AI-powered processes for identifying and gathering leads from websites and other online sources.
• Source prospective corporate travel buyers, travel agencies, event planners, tour groups and individuals with travel intent.
• Clean, verify, deduplicate and enrich prospect records before transferring qualified leads to sales teams.
• Organise data in CRM platforms or spreadsheets and monitor automated collection pipelines for accuracy and scale.
• Evaluate emerging AI tools, prompts and workflows to improve lead quality, speed and conversion.
• Report weekly on lead volume, accuracy and commercial results while complying with relevant website conditions and Nigerian data-protection law.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in a relevant technical, marketing or information-systems discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least two years’ experience in lead generation, data extraction, digital research or marketing automation.
• Practical familiarity with AI agents and automation tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, Make or Zapier.
• Experience with CRM tools, Excel or Google Sheets; web-extraction tools or Python are useful advantages.
• Excellent research judgement, attention to detail and an understanding of data privacy.
• Knowledge of travel or hospitality markets is advantageous.

Compensation and benefits

• Monthly salary of ₦200,000–₦300,000, depending on experience, with performance-linked bonuses.
