Marketing Manager at inq. Digital Nigeria Limited – Lagos, Lagos State

inq. Digital Nigeria Limited is recruiting a full-time Marketing Manager in Lagos to lead integrated brand, product and demand-generation marketing for its enterprise digital solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement corporate positioning, brand messaging and thought-leadership initiatives across market-facing channels.
• Develop product and solution value propositions, go-to-market plans, sector campaigns, sales materials and customer case studies.
• Build demand-generation programmes with sales teams, strengthen the commercial pipeline and track contribution to opportunities and revenue.
• Lead the website, SEO, social media, email, content-calendar, communications and PR strategy.
• Plan technology-industry events, sponsorships, activations and joint initiatives with customers and technology partners.
• Develop customer advocacy, references, testimonials and impact stories from successful engagements.
• Create and manage annual marketing plans, budgets, agency relationships, KPIs, return-on-investment reporting and continual improvements.
• Collaborate across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Technology, Finance and executive management.

Qualifications and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related discipline; CIM or another professional marketing qualification is advantageous.
• Six to eight years’ relevant marketing experience, including substantial B2B experience in technology, telecommunications or digital solutions.
• Proven ability to plan and execute integrated campaigns, product launches and enterprise value propositions.
• Experience with brand management, content, SEO, corporate communications, PR, agencies, budgets and performance analytics.
• Excellent commercial judgement, relationship management, storytelling, communication and project-management skills.
