Business Development Manager at Dicalo Consulting Group – Lagos
Dicalo Consulting Group is recruiting a full-time, remote Business Development Manager based in Lagos to drive client acquisition, brand visibility and revenue growth for its consulting services.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and develop qualified leads across target markets.
- Convert prospects into clients through proposals, quotations, presentations and negotiations.
- Monitor sales and marketing performance against agreed targets.
- Develop client relationships and coordinate smooth onboarding with delivery teams.
- Collect client feedback and contribute to improved services and communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
- Three to five years’ experience in sales, marketing or business development.
- Excellent persuasion, presentation and communication skills.
- Confidence working with targets, performance metrics and basic digital marketing platforms.
- Professionalism, integrity and accountability.
Salary and benefits
Monthly remuneration is ₦200,000, comprising basic salary and data and call allowances. The role offers exposure to consulting projects across sectors, a collaborative performance-focused environment and professional development opportunities.
