An organisation in Ikeja, Lagos, is recruiting an Architect through Apex Forte Professionals for architectural design and project-management work.
Qualifications and requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; a master’s qualification is preferred.
- Architectural licensure, or active progress towards obtaining a licence.
- Experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or comparable architectural software.
- Good understanding of building materials and construction methods.
- Strong communication, teamwork, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
Preferred expertise
- Experience applying sustainable design principles.
- Knowledge of landscape architecture and urban planning.
