Area Sales Manager at The Agric & Culture Company – Abuja, Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Kano
The Agric & Culture Company is recruiting four full-time Area Sales Managers covering Abuja (FCT), Akwa Ibom, Cross River and Kano. Each manager will drive market expansion, sales and distribution within the assigned state.
Responsibilities
- Grow sales and widen product distribution across the assigned territory.
- Achieve monthly carton-volume and revenue targets.
- Develop relationships with wholesalers, retailers and distributors.
- Identify outlets and opportunities to increase brand availability.
- Monitor stock movement and submit accurate sales and market reports.
- Represent the organisation professionally in dealings with customers and partners.
Requirements
- Five to seven years of demonstrable FMCG sales experience in the relevant state.
- Established relationships with distributors, retailers and food-service outlets.
- Strong negotiation, communication and market development capabilities.
- Ability to work with smartphones, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- A resilient, proactive and results-oriented approach.
Compensation and benefits
- Base salary of ₦350,000–₦400,000 per month, plus performance-related incentives.
