Breedwell Feeds Limited is recruiting a Regional Sales Manager based in Abuja to lead poultry-feed sales across Northern Nigeria, expand distributor relationships and manage regional revenue performance.

Job Description

• Breedwell Feeds Limited is seeking a commercially driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager – Poultry Feeds to lead sales operations across Northern Nigeria.
• The appointed candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, developing distributor networks, managing key customer relationships, and leading the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve revenue, volume, and market share targets for poultry feeds.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base across Northern Nigeria.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, poultry farmers, dealers, and other key customers.
• Lead, supervise, and motivate regional sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, customer preferences, and pricing to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop regional sales forecasts, budgets, and action plans, providing regular performance reports to management.
• Monitor distributor performance, customer payments, credit exposure, and outstanding receivables in collaboration with Finance.
• Ensure effective implementation of sales policies, promotional activities, customer service standards, and company procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years’ relevant sales experience, preferably in poultry feeds, animal nutrition, or the livestock industry.
• At least 3 years’ experience in sales team leadership or regional sales management.
• Strong understanding of the Northern Nigerian poultry market and distributor network.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets, expanding market share, and managing key accounts.
• Strong negotiation, leadership, analytical, and relationship-management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned region
