Stanbic IBTC Bank is recruiting a Business Banker in Ibadan, Oyo, to develop customer relationships, expand business portfolios and deliver commercial banking services.
Responsibilities
- Manage existing commercial banking relationships and seek new business customers.
- Develop profitable customer portfolios with appropriate banking products and services.
- Maintain contact with business clients and identify opportunities to strengthen relationships.
- Support customer understanding of services, product selection and account management.
- Assess customer information and follow bank procedures for applications and account documentation.
Requirements
- First degree in any discipline.
- Three to six years’ experience in banking sales, commercial relationships or related financial services work.
- Experience working with small business clients and managing customer relationships.
- Strong communication, sales, customer-service, analytical and interpersonal skills.
