Stanbic IBTC Bank is recruiting a full-time Banker, Business in Ilorin, Kwara State, to maintain commercial banking relationships, grow its client portfolio and develop new business opportunities.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will manage an existing portfolio of clients while introducing the bank’s products and services to new customers and businesses within Business & Commercial Banking.
Qualifications and Experience
- A first degree in any discipline.
- Three to six years’ relevant professional experience.
- Experience in sales, relationship management and building profitable customer relationships.
- Financial industry experience, particularly in managing small business customers.

- Generating ideas and developing strategies.
- Interpreting information and data.
- Persuasion and collaborative team working.
Technical Competencies
- Understanding customer needs and banking products.

- Account opening and maintenance.
