Elizabeth Maddeux Limited is recruiting a full-time Boutique Store Manager for a fashion, retail and lifestyle business in Opic Estate, Isheri, Lagos. The role oversees daily boutique operations, customer experience, sales and staff performance.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day store operations and maintain a welcoming, organised retail environment.
• Respond to customer enquiries, resolve complaints and deliver attentive service.
• Recruit, supervise, train and develop boutique staff.
• Monitor inventory, replenish stock and maintain attractive visual merchandising.
• Lead the team towards sales targets and identify opportunities to improve commercial performance.
• Create engaging social media content and support promotions, campaigns and digital marketing.
• Keep up with fashion trends and reflect the boutique’s brand identity.

Qualifications and skills

• HND or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Fashion Management or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of experience.
• Retail, boutique, fashion sales, store management or team-supervision experience is advantageous.
• Additional retail, customer-service, marketing or merchandising training is an advantage.
• Leadership, communication, organisation, sales, customer service and fashion-styling awareness.
• Ability to manage product presentation, stock and customer transactions.
