Brand Assistant at The People Office – Lekki
The People Office is seeking a full-time Brand Assistant in Lekki, Lagos, to support the marketing activity and online presence of approximately four brands within an organisation’s portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate content calendars and create captions, social posts and marketing materials aligned with each brand.
- Support photography, video production, creative briefs and day-to-day social media activity.
- Help organise product campaigns, promotions, partnerships and brand activations.
- Monitor campaign delivery, audience engagement and brand performance, suggesting improvements.
- Research competitors, trends and opportunities to strengthen visibility.
- Keep brand assets, records, schedules and outstanding actions organised across teams.
- Meet performance expectations, including at least 95% on-time content delivery, updated monthly calendars for every assigned brand, and accurate campaign reports.
- Work towards timely content delivery and monthly reporting expectations.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, PR, Business Administration or a related subject is an advantage.
- Previous experience in brand support, social media or digital marketing is preferred.
- Strong writing, communication, organisation, creativity and time-management abilities.
- Familiarity with social platforms and content tools such as Canva.
- Ability to coordinate multiple brands, follow schedules and collaborate with creative and marketing colleagues.
