Restaurant Manager at The People Office – Berger
The People Office is recruiting a full-time Restaurant Manager in Berger, Lagos, to oversee service delivery, staff performance, food quality, stock control and commercial operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and coordinate kitchen and service teams.
- Maintain hygiene, food-safety, presentation and customer-service standards.
- Control inventory, purchasing, stock usage and food wastage.
- Track sales, operating expenses, cash handling and routine management reports.
- Prepare staffing rosters and monitor attendance, productivity and operational compliance.
- Resolve customer concerns and identify improvements to sales, guest retention and service efficiency.
- Provide management updates on operational challenges, staffing, inventory and customer feedback.
Requirements
- Three to five years’ restaurant or hospitality management experience.
- Proven experience supervising teams and managing busy daily operations.
- Strong knowledge of hygiene, food safety, stock control, POS systems and basic sales reporting.
- Leadership, cost control, organisation and sound problem-solving ability.
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field is advantageous.
