Sales Executive at an Undisclosed Building Automation Company via Marvel Advisory – Ilupeju, Lagos
A building automation and engineering services company is recruiting a full-time Sales Executive in Ilupeju, Lagos, through Marvel Advisory. The role focuses on generating opportunities, building technical client relationships and closing sales.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue opportunities with contractors, property developers, consultants and construction or engineering organisations.
- Generate leads through meetings, client visits, cold calls, professional networks and referrals.
- Explain the company’s building automation solutions, engineering services and related products to prospects.
- Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations with engineering teams, and recommend suitable technical options.
- Follow up leads, negotiate commercial terms within agreed policies and deliver sales targets.
- Maintain sales pipeline records and report customer activity, market developments and results.
Requirements
- At least three years of proven sales experience in an engineering or construction company, including direct sales of technical products, solutions or engineering services.
- Evidence of lead generation, client acquisition, negotiation and sales conversion.
- Understanding of engineering or construction sales processes, and strong communication and proposal-writing skills.
- Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field is an advantage.
- Ability and willingness to work in Ilupeju, Lagos.
Salary
₦200,000–₦250,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
