Time Office Assistant at Dangote Group – Gboko Plant, Benue

Dangote Group is recruiting a Time Office Assistant at its Gboko Plant in Benue State to manage attendance records, workforce time adjustments and reporting used in payroll preparation.

Key responsibilities

• Track employees’ attendance, clock-in and clock-out times, shift movements, late arrivals and early departures.
• Maintain attendance registers, time sheets, biometric records, databases and personnel filing systems.
• Check time records for discrepancies, processing approved leave, overtime, rest days and shift changes.
• Prepare attendance, man-hour and workforce-availability reports and supply accurate data for payroll.
• Monitor biometric equipment and report faults for correction.
• Answer employees’ questions about their time records, shifts and time-off requests.
• Apply company rules and statutory requirements while safeguarding confidential staff information.
• Perform related administrative duties and keep up-to-date records of workforce attendance trends.

Requirements

• OND in Business Administration, Human Resources, Statistics, Accounting or a related discipline.
• Three to five years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of attendance-management systems and payroll processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and other Office tools.
