Responsibilities
- Prepare meals consistently to approved menu standards.
- Maintain clean work areas and comply with food hygiene and safety requirements.
- Monitor stock, portions and food waste.
- Coordinate meal preparation to keep service timely.
- Maintain consistent presentation and quality of dishes.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
- Strong cooking ability and practical understanding of food hygiene.
- Ability to remain organised and effective under pressure.
- Creativity, reliability, teamwork and time-management skills.
