Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator at VIJU Industries Nigeria Limited – Igbesa

VIJU Industries Nigeria Limited is recruiting a Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator in Igbesa, Ogun State to run automated dairy processing and packaging equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery.
• Apply HACCP, GMP, hygiene and quality-control practices throughout production.
• Inspect equipment, diagnose routine problems and carry out basic preventive maintenance.
• Check temperature, pressure, flow and other process parameters for consistent product quality.
• Clean and sanitise machinery and production areas using established CIP procedures.

Requirements

• High-school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in food processing or mechanical engineering is an advantage.
• One to two years of experience in food, beverage or dairy manufacturing.
• Understanding of food-safety requirements, equipment troubleshooting and mechanical operations.
• Willingness to work shifts and stand for extended periods.
