Sales Representative at an Undisclosed Company via Catalyst Path Consulting – Jabi, Abuja

A retail employer is recruiting a Sales Representative through Catalyst Path Consulting for its store in Jabi, Abuja, to support customer service, product sales and the shop’s daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Help customers choose products, explain promotions and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain attractive, accurate product displays, labels, prices and stock arrangements.
• Respond to customer questions and complaints and refer complex issues to the supervisor.
• Process purchases and payments correctly when assigned and maintain sales records.
• Support stock counts, replenishment, inventory checks and loss prevention.
• Report sales results and customer feedback and follow retail safety procedures.

Requirements

• SSCE or OND qualification; further studies in Sales, Marketing or Business are an advantage.
• One to two years of retail or customer-service experience is preferred.
• Basic computer and POS familiarity is desirable.
• Good communication, sales, teamwork, honesty and numerical skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends or public holidays when scheduled.
