Coca-Cola Hellenic Bottling Company is recruiting a Data Insight & Analytics Expert – Commercial Intelligence in Lagos. The position provides analytical insights to support commercial leadership, sales execution and business decisions.
Commercial insight and performance
- Oversee consistent monitoring of commercial indicators, including sales volume, transactions, revenue, price and mix.
- Turn performance data into practical recommendations and investigate gaps across channels, regions and routes to market.
- Maintain accurate and reliable datasets, dashboards and commercial performance reporting.
- Support management reviews by explaining underlying trends and business implications.
- Build early-warning and scenario analyses to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Partner with sales and route-to-market teams, checking analytical findings against field conditions.
- Use evidence to challenge assumptions and improve commercial planning and execution.
Requirements
- University degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Data Science, Mathematics or a related field.
- Five to eight years of experience in FMCG, sales intelligence, commercial insights, analytics or related work.
- Practical knowledge of commercial KPIs, sales drivers, reporting and business performance management.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration and ability to work independently.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets, Power BI/Tableau, and exposure to SAP or Nielsen are advantages.
