Sales Manager at LVTOPSUN New Energy Company Limited – Amuwo Odofin, Lagos
LVTOPSUN New Energy Company Limited is recruiting a Sales Manager in Amuwo Odofin, Lagos, to expand sales of solar energy systems, inverters, photovoltaic products and energy-storage batteries across residential, commercial and industrial markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop sales and market-entry strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Recruit, supervise, coach and motivate sales representatives and field personnel.
- Build and maintain relationships with distributors, solar retailers, installers, dealers and engineering, procurement and construction contractors.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and site assessment through technical quotations, negotiation, closing, collections and after-sales support.
- Analyse competitor prices, product availability, customer behaviour and developments in Nigeria’s power market.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate battery and inverter stock requirements with warehouse and logistics teams.
- Work with technical and after-sales teams to resolve product, warranty and customer-service issues.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc. in Marketing, Business Administration, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline. Professional qualifications are an advantage.
- Typically three to seven years of proven sales experience, including at least three years in a renewable-energy sales-management role.
- Practical understanding of solar power, inverters, photovoltaic modules, energy-storage batteries and relevant capacity or battery-chemistry considerations.
- Strong team leadership, negotiation, closing, relationship-management and commercial judgement.
- Familiarity with the Nigerian renewable-energy market and local dealer networks.
