Director of Brand, Innovation and Experience at Isaacworthub LLC – Lagos (Hybrid)

Isaacworthub LLC is hiring a Director of Brand, Innovation and Experience for a full-time hybrid executive role in Lagos. The director will lead ambitious brand experience strategies, creative innovation and new experiential offerings.

Responsibilities

• Integrate emerging technologies such as AR/VR, AI and spatial computing into live and physical brand activations.
• Lead brand and experience strategy using customer insights, cultural trends and commercial goals.
• Develop proprietary events, experiential formats and other intellectual property for the agency.
• Guide cross-functional teams through major creative pitches and senior-level presentations.
• Represent the business through industry talks, panels and thought leadership.

Requirements

• Ten or more years in brand strategy, creative direction or experience design, with significant work in experiential or innovative creative environments.
• Ability to connect African cultural insight, new technology and experiential storytelling.
• Record of persuading senior client decision-makers on complex creative proposals.
• Experience developing creative and technology-focused teams.
