SME Officer at Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank – Ikeja
Good Neighbours Microfinance Bank is recruiting a full-time SME Officer in Ikeja, Lagos to acquire small-business clients, expand its loan portfolio and monitor repayments and credit performance.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop business opportunities with SME customers.
- Support marketing and revenue plans and maintain a pipeline of prospective borrowers.
- Meet client acquisition and business loan targets.
- Answer customer enquiries about products and accounts promptly.
- Monitor loan repayments and portfolio quality to help control credit risk.
- Submit call activity, work plans and performance reports to management.
Requirements
- HND or bachelor’s degree in Marketing or another relevant field.
- At least three years of SME banking experience at a financial institution.
- Track record of sourcing business loans, completing transactions and maintaining a healthy portfolio.
- Good analytical, client relationship and teamwork skills.
- Ability to meet targets and work independently in a busy environment.
