Head, Account Management at Isaacworthub LLC – Lagos (Hybrid)

Isaacworthub LLC is seeking a Head of Account Management for a hybrid leadership role in Lagos. This position oversees major brand relationships, the client service team and delivery of experiential marketing projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic servicing of major FMCG, telecommunications, technology and lifestyle accounts.
• Coach and manage Account Managers and Executives, setting clear standards for communication and project delivery.
• Identify opportunities for existing-account growth and new-business pitches while protecting account profitability.
• Coordinate creative, production and field teams to deliver campaigns against client commitments.
• Oversee account budgets, resourcing, margins and client retention.

Requirements

• At least nine years in account management or client services, including three years leading teams in an experiential, events or activations agency.
• Experience handling large corporate brand accounts and substantial budgets.
• Understanding of production, supplier coordination, venue logistics and field activation.
• Confident presentation and pitch leadership at senior executive level.
