Odibola Properties is recruiting a Facility Manager in Port Harcourt to oversee facility operations, maintenance and service providers.
Requirements
- A B.Sc. in Management, Estate Management or a related field.
- At least five years’ relevant professional experience.
- Experience managing facility operations, maintenance and associated contractors.
- Ability to coordinate vendors, contractors and support staff.
- Sound understanding of maintenance, safety and facility management.
- Strong organisation, communication, independent judgement and problem-solving skills.
